The homepage includes 4 tabbed areas that enables access to Knowledge Base’s features:
1) My Messages
This tab allows access to network messages and messages that are specific to the users organization.
2) Services
This tab allows access to the services that a user has enrolled in and access to the service enrollment page.
3) Bookmarks
This area allows access to the users specific bookmarks.
4) Explore
This is a visualization of the content available on Knowledge Base

Service Enrollment
This page lists all the services that you’re not currently enrolled in. You can expand each section to find out more and read about the features in more detail.
If there’s a service you need access, you can start the enrollment process from here.
(Please note that each requested service requires business justification and your manager’s approval).
