The homepage includes 4 tabbed areas that enables access to Knowledge Base’s features:

1) My Messages

This tab allows access to network messages and messages that are specific to the users organization.

2) Services
This tab allows access to the services that a user has enrolled in and access to the service enrollment page.

3) Bookmarks

This area allows access to the  users specific bookmarks.

4) Explore

This is a visualization of the content available on Knowledge Base

You can search for documents and resources with key terms or you can use advanced search filters to find the information you need.

Bookmarks

You can bookmark all content on Knowledge Base that is relevant to you so next time you return you can easily access those documents.

You can also bookmark up to five areas, including search results page and documents page.

The profile section enables you to edit your personal details, your manager’s details and change your password. It also allows access to your bookmarks and your recent search terms.

The Participant Directory is used to search for American Express Network Partner’s contact information. You can search by entering the BIN, Card Number or Acquirer ID.

Service Enrollment

This page lists all the services that you’re not currently enrolled in. You can expand each section to find out more and read about the features in more detail.

If there’s a service you need access, you can start the enrollment process from here.
